Refund policy

At herocosmeticsarabia.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, pimple patches and skincare products are non-returnable once opened or used.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used pimple patches

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Promotional, free, or clearance items

Return Request Process

  1. Email us at customerservice@areenew.ae within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

  • Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

Replacements

  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless they meet the return conditions stated above.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate with our delivery partner.
